How does Maintenance & Support Works ?

With the activation of the generator, according to the periodic maintenance basis specified in the user manuals, Generator Set’s checks and maintenance must be done according to the procedures specified in the “Maintenance Instructions” given on the time of purchasing. The requirements for the checks are in direct proportion to the work duration and frequency of the Generator Set.

Why to Maintain ?

Thus, for a smooth and efficient operation of the Generator, it’s daily and periodical maintenance must be done to eliminate the faults as soon as possible, and to prevent the formation of faults if possible.

Maintenance Requirement

For Generator that require maintenance, the information mentioned below must be acquired from the generator and noted in the details section of the “Failure Support” section under the Services link or the after sales services specialist from Kaplan Power must be verbally informed.

Requirement

The services such as commissioning the generator sets sold by Kaplan Power as well as spare part and maintenance services for these sets are provided by service department of Kaplan Power. The same services for the generator sets sold by Kaplan Power abroad are provided by our existing foreign dealers or service department of our Turkish headquarters.
